Every software that has been developed yet has some kind of story attached to it. Looking at some of the many success stories, it has always been inspiring to see how a mere thought can turn into a product that can change the lives of people for the better. Such was the story behind the development of Fortify as well.
It all happened, when our CEO and co-founder, Mr. Syed Zain Ali had a disputed file of land in a disputed area. He wanted to get that file merged for the safe exit. Upon merging the file with a builder, Mr. Ali found a ten rupees note attached to its booking form. Taken by surprise, he asked the person the reason behind that ten rupees. To that question, he replied that the number on that ten rupees note is Mr. Ali’s booking registration number. It was at that moment when Mr. Ali realized how manual the operations of real-estate builders are. It is thought provoking to say the least, isn’t it? How in a matter of few seconds a person can get a whole new concept related to such a demanding field as real estate. With that interaction of a few seconds, Mr. Ali realized that the real estate industry in Pakistan still relies on manual labor for its operations.
After that day, Mr. Ali dove deep into overall operations that take place in the world of real estate. Through that he got to know that there are countless tasks, big and small, that take place manually and as humans, all of us are prone to make mistakes. Mr. Ali got to know about the many troubles the employees that work in real-estate have to face. Majority of these problems include untimely payment, slow recollection and recovery, time consumption over tasks as simple as taking bookings, and no visibility of operations. Even the people working as higher authorities don’t have full freedom and visibility over the working of their companies.
With the world reaching advance levels in every field, wasn’t it fair for the real estate industry to be exposed to a software like Fortify?
So simply put, a ten rupees note got our CEO into the idea of a software like Fortify. Through a software like this, a ten rupees note will only be used for its pure purpose, and not for allotting booking numbers!
